Terrible, sloppy customer service. Charged $200 for 5 minutes of work. Then didn’t bother to get back to us with a quote. He also suggested putting the air con on the wrong wall. On top of that, they had the nerve to say we never paid the bill, which we did pay the same day as the call out. Got a quote from another company and was treated so much better and so much more efficient. I do not recommend this company at all.
1. They actually answered their phone and booked in a appt time and turned up. 2. Wonderful to deal with, showed up on time (actually was able to come early), polite and highly professional. Highly recommend and will 💯 use them again. Turns out it was a minor issue, but fixed it and didn’t complain it was waste of his time to come out, very helpful explaining the issue, did a thorough full check on my ducted as well. The company should be proud to have a professional young guy working for them.

Organised for my aircon to be serviced and I have to say it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Andy. He’s a lovely guy, very friendly and did what he had to do without any fuss or dramas. He even rang to advise that he was running a little late …, something most tradies don’t even bother doing these days and was much appreciated …, not to mention great work ethic!
