As an occupational therapist, I rely heavily on quality equipment and reliable support and Aidacare Lawnton consistently delivers both. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to make life easier for both myself and my clients. I am an OT who regularly uses Aidacare Lawnton for trials and their customer service team are great! They are always the first to greet customers at the door and assist them with whatever they need. They are also very accomodating for OTs such as myself and provide assistance with whatever they can.

So little communication (only one to say they would contact me with no follow-up) that after silence for 6 weeks, I thought I had given our money to a scam.

Reached out to these local 'experts' as we had a bed in our clinic that was not functioning . The technician came to see if he could repair , but he needed to source a new motor and promised to advise us asap as it was urgent. After waiting a week we re-contacted them to be told as we didn't buy the bed from them ( they weren't there when we bought this bed) they could not help us any further.... Shameful treatment of local healthcare trying to use local providers - very disappointed.

Terrible service... girl would rather take two phone calls then help us. Never expected such bad service from a company like this. ** edit.** Why would I bother to email or call your company when your consultant didn't give us the time of day in store!.maybe learn from the experience and do better!.
