Aidacare have been absolutely wonderful in helping us find a suitable mattress for our adjustable bed. Both AJ and Catherine have been so lovely to communicate with. Their swift responses, extensive knowledge and caring interactions have been fantastic.

Staff are very busy doing nothing to tend to customers, I don't how long I was expected to just wait, but after about a minute of just watching them sit and avoid all eye contact with me whilst doing said nothing, I asked for a particular item and was told they have it in stock but not in the showroom, they are out the back, then we went back to waiting, after about another 30 or 40 seconds of nothing the older lady started talking to the meaner woman about the last call she took, ignoring me completely, I said ...oh ok jus... read more
