I've seen Stephanie Quon a few times at AHF Physiotherapy. She's a great physio, really professional, explains things clearly, and gives me easy-to-follow exercises. She's really helped with my injured shoulder.

I saw physiotherapist Daniel for my appointment to treat a partial miniscus tear. He provided a custom treatment plan to help support my recovery with great results. Unlike other physiotherapists I’ve seen in the past he uses a hands on approach and does not just hook you to a machine while seeing multiple patients at once which was refreshing. The exercise plan he gave me was very effective and I’ll be back to running in no time. He was friendly and attentive and I will definetly be back for further treatment. Thanks Dan!
