Wonderful people. I'm not good at going to the dentist but I was made very comfortable. I asked the dentist to tell me everything before she did it. She was really gentle and made sure my tooth was in perfect condition before I left. And having broken my tooth in half longways I did not get an anaethetic. And what a beautiful job well done. I had an extraction with Jay at short notice on a Saturday (tricky) last November. I could not have asked for a more understanding, professional, empathetic dentist. One of my best dental experiences by far, and not even a client of this practice which says a lot! The Receptionist and chair side assistant also incredible. Made my day and stay in Australia so much better:-)
I had a dental check-up with Dr Jay and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. He was extremely thorough and demonstrated genuine professionalism throughout the appointment. Jay’s friendly and reassuring manner made the experience very comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who is both skilled and personable.
I have been a customer of Advanced Dental Care for many many years now. I love this place, the people, and the professionalism. They always send me appointment reminders, which is very helpful.
