I had a dental check-up with Dr Jay and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. He was extremely thorough and demonstrated genuine professionalism throughout the appointment. Jay’s friendly and reassuring manner made the experience very comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who is both skilled and personable.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Billy's diagnosis was accurate, and the extraction was quick and confident. He also kindly explained the follow-up procedures.
I had an extraction with Jay at short notice on a Saturday (tricky) last November. I could not have asked for a more understanding, professional, empathetic dentist. One of my best dental experiences by far, and not even a client of this practice which says a lot! The Receptionist and chair side assistant also incredible. Made my day and stay in Australia so much better:-)
Wonderful people. I'm not good at going to the dentist but I was made very comfortable. I asked the dentist to tell me everything before she did it. She was really gentle and made sure my tooth was in perfect condition before I left. And having broken my tooth in half longways I did not get an anaethetic. And what a beautiful job well done. I have been a patient of Advanced dental and in particular Kuan for over 30 yrs . He is a thorough and professional dentist. I have recommend many family and friends to this practice. The staff are also very helpful and friendly .
