Great job on a difficult hot water install. Hayden was very knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. Able to relocate system for drainage from laundry sink, accommodated new piping into the house via ceiling for a clean install. Well priced. Would recommend.

Hayden from Adelaide West Plumbing and Gas did a great job. He visited a day after I submitted a request via Solar Quotes and provided a competitive quote. Previously we had two separate instant gas hot water systems. He came up with a solution for a single HWHP (iStore) to replace both. He and Josh (his apprentice) turned up on the agreed day and fitted the new system. They also remove both existing gas systems and sealed the gas supply. The normal electrician wasn't available. Fantastic experience with Adelaide West Hot Water. Our old gas hot water system broke on Tuesday night, on Friday afternoon Hayden already had the new heat pump from istore up and running. He also handled all the paperwork for the rebates. Cannot recommend highly enough.
It was trouble free experience to have Hayden install my mother's heat pump hot water system. Nothing was to much trouble prior and during the installation, which was completed to a very high standard. It shows Hayden takes pride in the service he provides from his cheerful personality to the clean and well presented work vehicle. Highly recommended.
