I had an incredible massage experience — one of the best I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive, and clearly skilled, checking in about pressure and any specific areas I wanted to focus on. Every movement felt intentional, and by the end, I genuinely felt relaxed, recharged, and tension-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing to unwind or reset their body and mind. I’ll definitely be back!

Booked my partner in for a remedial massage after weeks of him complaining about tight legs and back pain from the gym. Elena did my remedial massage and it eas amazing. She was so professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me with relieving my shoulder aches and also came up with some tips for my recovery. Shoulder feels so much better after the initial treatment. Cant wait for my next session!
It has been very refreshing to find a Physio that is willing to work on strength and flexibility training at a pace that works for me. Tom took the time to understand my post surgery fears and has been great at finding ways to help me progress that I can comfortably take on board. Tom's very up-to-date understanding of the body mind connection as well as pain management has been fundamental in turning my recovery around. I highly recommend Ace Health.
