I am extremely disappointed with the handling of these issues by the service team. We have had three different technicians attend the property, yet there has been no meaningful progress in resolving the problems with the door. The ongoing delays and lack of resolution have resulted in significant inconvenience. The door is so far out of alignment that cold air is entering the home, increasing our heating costs.
