An extremely well run service which provided me with practical advice and treatment to achieve a realistic goal. During the consultation the physio therapist quickly created a calm and reassuring environment which gave me confidence in her advice and treatment.
I have been having treatment at 4Lane on and off over a few years. I have found all the Physios I have seen very professional and helpful. I currently see Belle she is very patient and acknowledges how I am feeling and coping and tailors my exercises to my requirements. Jaime is a great receptionist and most helpful.
Haven't needed 4 Lane for a couple of years. Fixed my problems quickly back then. Back again today for hip problems and very happy with treatment today. Great diagnosis from Lorie and her advice on exercise and do's and don'ts to help heal. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Excellent supportive service to help with fitness and remedial bodywork.Owner operated business which really cares and supports all ages in their fitness. Highly recommend being older generation not wanting to go to a gym and not knowing correct way to exercise safely with maximum efficiency. Really enjoying attending classes and their Physio treatments.
