Ive been rehabbing quite a serious labrum tear in my hip under the guidance of Jordan Leeder for about a year now and will be ongoing for the foreseeable future. The rehab Jordan's provided has undeniably improved my overall strength and mobility fast tracking my return to normal life! Jaime at reception is the best, very informative and a great communicator. Cant recommend them enough!
Belle was great at easing me back into training, post abdominal surgery. Although I’m very experienced at training and keeping fit, I wasn’t feeling confident about returning to using weights etc and she provided exactly the right level of coaching whilst really monitoring my technique and my ability. Belle demonstrated throughout the whole process, her knowledge, experience and professionalism. Already booked in for my next few sessions with her. 100% recommend.
I have had chronic tennis elbow for 2 years. Have seen multiple physios elsewhere and even had many appointments of accupunture. Nothing was working and I felt like I would have the pain forever until I heard about shock therapy. I booked into see Cyrus and had 10 sessions over a few months. I visited 4lanes with some discomfort in the back of my right knee. The discomfort was difficult to explain as it rarely appears. I was interested in trying to get a diagnosis so I could be ahead of any developing issues. The physio, Loire, was so thorough in her assessment. She explained her diagnosis in a detailed yet simple explanation. This followed some treatment including dry needling and massage. I Have been in so much pain on my left shoulder for 5 weeks!! What a difference i feel this eve after just one visit with Cyrus. I was so nervous but as soon as I walked in I was welcomed and shown the facilities which are awesome. The first day and eve i have taken no Pain relief. 5 *****
