Excellent supportive service to help with fitness and remedial bodywork.Owner operated business which really cares and supports all ages in their fitness. Highly recommend being older generation not wanting to go to a gym and not knowing correct way to exercise safely with maximum efficiency. Really enjoying attending classes and their Physio treatments.
I have seen Derek many times over the years for small and bigger ailments and he is an excellent physio with up to date, current scientific knowledge of all things physio therapy: I always feel I am in the best hands and feel valued and heard during the consult. I have had just had a consult for something I was quite worried about, but after Derek’s diagnosis and treatment plan, I now feel confident and empowered on my rehab journey ahead. Thanks heaps Derek
Loire is such a lovely person and very knowledgeable - she has designed a Pilates Reformer programme for me that is perfect - not too hard so that it is daunting, but challenging and I know I will experience the benefits of her expertise! I am very grateful to have her as my physiotherapist and cannot recommend 4Lane Physiotherapy highly enough. The reception staff are also lovely, genuine people and it is a pleasure dealing with them!!!
Knowledgeable practitioner. Good explanation of what my injury is and what to expect in my recovery. Derek gave easy to understand demonstration and instruction for recovery exercises.
As always the team here at 4 lane do their utmost to provide a professional service to their clients. I've had to see Rob & Jordan who are both extremely good with their profession. Also generally resolve the situation that is put in front of them. I've had shoulder and knee problems that need treatment and found their care and concern for each situation is thoroughly checked over then treatment follows will follow up checks and treatment for several weeks if necessary. I have faith in them completely.
