This was my first consult at 4 Lane. Loire put me at ease immediately. She listened and took an interest in my particular condition and symptoms. As we worked through an initial exercise program together, she ensured that I was comfortable and that I understood the reasons and expected outcomes. This first visit was very positive and I look forward to progressing my physical fitness under the 4 Lane management program over the ensuing weeks.
Derek was amazing! He came highly recommended by a friend and didn’t disappoint. I was lucky enough and got an appointment at the Nannup clinic at very short notice. I drove an hour to see Derek and I am so glad I did!
After several spinal surgeries and reconstructions on a shoulder and ankle, I needed to find a good physio when I moved to Dunsborough. I was so glad to find 4lane and Rob. He has kept me active and managed my injuries so well. The physio is super effective every time and the Pilates sessions are now an enjoyable and regular part of my schedule. Always great customer service from the team as well. Highly recommended.
