Belle was great at easing me back into training, post abdominal surgery. Although I’m very experienced at training and keeping fit, I wasn’t feeling confident about returning to using weights etc and she provided exactly the right level of coaching whilst really monitoring my technique and my ability. Belle demonstrated throughout the whole process, her knowledge, experience and professionalism. Already booked in for my next few sessions with her. 100% recommend.
This was my seventh consult at 4 Lane. Loire has been looking after me since day 1. She started me on my program with light exercises and has more recently introduced weights into the program. After each consult Loire follows up by sending me instructions on the new exercises. Very happy with my progress and improving level of fitness.
I have had chronic tennis elbow for 2 years. Have seen multiple physios elsewhere and even had many appointments of accupunture. Nothing was working and I felt like I would have the pain forever until I heard about shock therapy. I booked into see Cyrus and had 10 sessions over a few months. Always an excellent experience at 4 Lane. Reception is efficient and friendly, didn't have to wait for my appointment. Physiotherapist Derek is always so good at what he does! He does a thorough assessment of the problem, explains things really well and provides effective treatment, advice and reassurance.
I visited 4lanes with some discomfort in the back of my right knee. The discomfort was difficult to explain as it rarely appears. I was interested in trying to get a diagnosis so I could be ahead of any developing issues. The physio, Loire, was so thorough in her assessment. She explained her diagnosis in a detailed yet simple explanation. This followed some treatment including dry needling and massage.
