Been going there for 2 years now and can’t fault them for anything besides it is quite loud in the hallways when getting a massage. Sue has fixed my back up using hot stones. She is absolutely amazing. My wife uses her as well. Definitely a legend when it comes to deep tissue and hot stones !
I had been gifted a voucher for a remedial massage by a good friend (who is a patient). What a fantastic experience. Su gave a strong and very beneficial massage, used hot stones, and obviously knows her job inside out. Thank you, Su; and thank you Judi for such a thoughtful gift. The Reception staff are very friendly, warm and efficient. Overall a lovely afternoon!
I had a deep tissue Massage and I Find the therapist amazing, but the relaxation side of the experience lacks , the room is next to the physio exercise room with Clients and staff walking passed constantly and sounds like next to the kitchen and music from those rooms competing against the relaxation music made me feel tense and anxious. First Remedial massage for my husband, it was a long wait for the appointment but was not disappointed in results, he was extremely happy. Now had second appointment and was more forward thinking, hubby still extremely happy and looking forward to third appointment in September.
Very friendly and efficient staff. My message was beautiful and whilst strong also very relaxing. The lovely music also added to the relaxation and I could have stayed there all afternoon. I look forward to my next appointment.
