My experience with this physiotherapy business was exceptional. I was impressed with the whole process from making the initial phone call I made to make an appointment to the physiotherapist care and attention that was given by the physio. I felt heard and the treatment prescribed was given in detail and a plan was printed out for me to take home. And to complete the experience the payment of bill and follow up appointments was dealt with friendliness and not rushed. I would 100% recommend this physiotherapy business
Sanu is a phenomenal physiotherapist with a truly holistic approach to treatment. He has an exceptional ability to understand not only what is happening within the body, but also how stress, mindset, and life circumstances can influence physical health and recovery. So far so good! I chose 4Life Physio because they already had a high star rating and so I went with that. Happy to say my hunch was right. Great treatment and my issue was mostly sorted on the first visit. Will have another checkup in a week and hopefully that will help me out in the short term to get back to work! Service was excellent, reception staff very friendly, helpful and keen to help anyway possible. Loved the environment also. Physio (Chelsea) I had an appointment with, went beyond 100% in providing great client service. So approachable, great at her job and made my experience so enjoyable and satisfying. Great place to engage with.
