The clinic feels consistently rushed. Sessions end abruptly, with no clear tracking or evidence of how I’m actually improving. My therapist is polite and helpful with the exercises, but the business model doesn’t allow for real engagement or meaningful follow‑through. The environment lacks a positive, motivating vibe, and the gym space doesn’t present like a focused rehab centre. So far so good! I chose 4Life Physio because they already had a high star rating and so I went with that. Happy to say my hunch was right. Great treatment and my issue was mostly sorted on the first visit. Will have another checkup in a week and hopefully that will help me out in the short term to get back to work! Service was excellent, reception staff very friendly, helpful and keen to help anyway possible. Loved the environment also. Physio (Chelsea) I had an appointment with, went beyond 100% in providing great client service. So approachable, great at her job and made my experience so enjoyable and satisfying. Great place to engage with.
Having cancelled my reverse shoulder surgery, I decided to have physio at 4 Life with a senior consultant. She was very thorough with her assessment and gave me gentle exercises to try and improve movement. I was very satisfied.
Absolutely wonderful, very professional and friendly. Excellent physiotherapist, and helpful and supportive staff on the front desk. I’ve been in Mandurah for 34 years and will not go anywhere else now. Love these guys. 😊
