Iv used every service they offer — podiatry, chiropractic, massage, I still regularly attend physiotherapy, and currently also clinical Pilates. The standard of care has never wavered. Have been regularly seeing Ellen at 4 Life for several years due to chronic muscle tension and have nothing but amazing things to say. She's incredibly knowledgeable and provides a very high standard of care. The reception staff are always friendly and make an effort to remember people. Couldn't recommend this place enough!
I've seen several physiotherapists and been for a massage a few times. I wish I could go more often and the physio reports are so good and I feel is one of the main reasons I'm going to get NDIS. There reports are efficient, well written and most importantly they listen, not just nod their heads, but be present and actively listen. As I walked in the door I was greeted by Eve who was in reception, she was friendly, courteous and conducted herself with confidence . This was my first visit with physio Ellen , she asked me lots of questions so she knew my history. She is extremely knowledgeable as I have attended physio, chiropractor, Massue over the last fifty years and no one has given me as much information as Ellen did , she was careful in the procedures she did asking about my comfort all through. Lauren was fantastic. Talked about my concerns, showed me techniques and went through exercises (rather than just talked about them). I thought she was empathetic and thorough. I will definitely be returning. Administration staff were great too.
