Iv used every service they offer — podiatry, chiropractic, massage, I still regularly attend physiotherapy, and currently also clinical Pilates. The standard of care has never wavered. I've seen several physiotherapists and been for a massage a few times. I wish I could go more often and the physio reports are so good and I feel is one of the main reasons I'm going to get NDIS. There reports are efficient, well written and most importantly they listen, not just nod their heads, but be present and actively listen. I was thoroughly impressed with the prompt response I received when I reached out for an appointment. They were able to offer me a same-day appointment. The professionalism of the principal physiotherapist I saw was outstanding. Their extensive knowledge during the assessment and the treatment plan they provided made me feel confident in my care. Lauren was fantastic. Talked about my concerns, showed me techniques and went through exercises (rather than just talked about them). I thought she was empathetic and thorough. I will definitely be returning. Administration staff were great too.
Rachel & Chelsea have both been great instructors who have empathy & understand the needs of us older males, that have been through the prostate cancer process. Their sense of humour has worked in well with us 'cheeky' old guys who are trying to just get on with life as best as possible.
