I’ve been attending 4 Life Physiotherapy for about six weeks after straining my lower back. Gaurav Shori has been very professional and caring, using acupuncture and mobility exercises to help me recover. I’m now feeling much better and nearly fully healed thanks to his treatment. Gaurav is an excellent physiotherapist who demonstrates deep knowledge and expertise. He explains everything in a clear and straightforward manner, making it easy to understand and I was happy to get his guidance. The exercises and needling and strapping he recommends did for my neck, shoulder anf upper back pain have significantly eased my pain. I've noticed consistent progress with each session. Highly recommended for anyone seeking effective and comprehensible physiotherapy.
