Jake was very kind and gentle. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable before he went ahead. I asked questions and told him of my past horror stories and he was very understanding. I have made another appointment and will even try to do some of his recommended exercises before I go back so he has more chance of getting my neck working better.
Great experience here! Welcoming and friendly service from the ladies at the front desk - always helps when you are greeted with a smile! My first chiropractor visit for many many years & Jake was amazing! He explained in ‘layman’s’ words as to what was going on with my body! And then worked on these areas! So far this evening I can honestly say I do NOT have a headache - a first for two months! Looking forward to my next appointment!
