Customer service is amazing - love being there & feeling like they care and most importantly listen & gently guide you to change!!!. Sadly very rare these days, but everyone at 1972 goes above & beyond. Always come away feeling pampered & great. Love the new reno too - great atmosphere completes the whole experience!

Ngarino is the best hairdresser going around! I have been a client of his for 10 years now and have always been impressed by the level of service I have received.
