We have been trying to get someone to replace our leaking noisy water pump for about a week while travelling around Tassy. Every body that we called said they are too busy even when we said it was urgent because we have to drive back to Adelaide. The guys at West Tamar Automotive not only managed to get a pump from the mainland but did a great job fitting it within a few day's. Very helpful and great guys to deal with. Many thanks and we would definitely recommend them.

We cannot thank West Tamar Automotive and Tyre Mart enough. They were at our house within the hour to diagnose the problem, organised a tow and constantly updated us, including multiple options, at all different price points. Their level of professionalism and mechanical knowledge was outstanding and the price for what we had done, was incredible. I had the EGR valve replaced on my Ford Ranger PX, that must of been an extremely awkward job due being at the rear of the motor and also having an after market fuel filter inhibiting access to it reduced the access further. The replacement was done very professionally and well within budget, I strongly recommend them.

Great service and super quick. Got a flat tyre driving up from Hobart and they were the only place open on a Sunday. They were able to repair the tyre in no time first thing in the morning and charged a more than reasonable price.

Blew multiple tyres late on a Saturday. Called them and they tried their best to get me sorted on a Sunday (though unsuccessfully through no fault of theirs). Really excellent service, friendly staff and well priced.
