Great range of equipment and services for anyone... powerlifting, bodybuilding, improving fitness, building muscle, recovery-focused. Free creche, classes plus yoga and mat pilates is a nice bonus as well.

Best gym in Toowoomba, easily. Hands down the best gym in Toowoomba! By far the best facility I have been too, so much so that I moved from Toowoomba 2 years ago and have kept my membership active just in case I got the chance to go again. If you're looking for a gym that has absolutely everything, you've found it!
Great Service Excellent Facilities Really great staff and service. The facilities are amazing with something for everyone! They have Creche, Sauna, Climbing, Group Classes and more I haven't even tried yet. Highly recommend this gym.
Perfect Family Environment I love it here. There is such a great vibe and community. All the kids in the Creche love it with the cool dinosaur decorations and the lovely ladies who do the child minding there.
