I chose Studio Realty because George Xu sold a property on my behalf 17 years ago. George was professional, honest, responsive to my requests and reliable. I was pleased he was available to sell my property in 2020. George offered good quality and good value for his services. The property was offered for sale at the same time as Covid19 became evident. Our villa went on the market and within 9 days it had sold. A little below the asking price but was still a great offer. As George from studio reality was also the strata manager, all the documentation was ready to go prior to the villa being placed on the market. 4 weeks later, the whole process was over and done with. Studio reality although not a big real estate company, offer the personal touches, to make everything run smoothly.
