I don't recommend this Strata company at all. The levy always incredible increase plus special levy add on. They never provide any quotation or invoice to the owner for the special levy that they raise. When I ask for it they explained that they not provide because it is costly to send to all owners. So I told them you can send soft copy through email...no papar or postage cost at all. Finally Strata Manager said that if you want yo can pay and book for Strata search...what kind of service they provide. It's their obligation... read more
Been with them 5 years and never ever had a problem. Savvas works remotely mostly, but looks after us brilliantly prompting us to initiate projects and keeping a close eye on every issue in detail. I have a great working relationship with Savvas and would recommend him to anyone.
Unfortunately, Mr L Timpano has made statements that are untrue and made up, running down SMS. As a former committee member and owner of the same complex, my dealings with SMS have always been professional and always resulted in positive outcomes. Our previous Strata Manager was hopeless, is was a refreshing change to have a company that works with you. We changed our Strata Company to Strata Management Services 6 months ago after having a dreadful experience with our previous company. What a breath of fresh air, from our first appointment with Gary Adamson who was open to any questions we could throw at him to Celda Dervis who was appointed as our Strata Manager.
