don’t come here to get your hair done, service is not even close to bare minimum - they do not care about customers and they sit around and eat fish/seafood and the whole place ends up smelling whilst making the customers sit through the smell. i was getting a different service done in the other half of the store which they don’t own and the hairdressers still didn’t seem to care. save your time and go somewhere else that prioritises customer satisfaction and not themselves instead.

Today is the last day that I have entered at around 4:30 to get my usual root hair color without any blow dry. I was always charged 40$ ( now they’re completely denying it because unlike other salons they can’t keep track on services and won’t even remind clients to bring their membership cards , when we call to book appointments). Today I was charged 80$ and if that was not enough, when I was speaking to Lyn who did my hair, her unprofessional colleague JENNY kept on interrupting in extremely rude manner. I have been Sing Song's customer for years, always professional and nice and even keep up with the innovation in service. They recently upgrade the aprion which allows customers to see through you can inspect your mobile phone. Highly recommend.

My son had the best haircut he had ever in 11yrs of his life!! Thank you so much for the haircut but also for warm welcoming all the time 💕
