Our renting experience was ok untill Frank took over. He was rude, unprofessional, uses intimidation, and lies. He wouldn't fix emergency repairs stated we didn't need hot water and if we fixed it we would pay for it. Would never rent from this place again the horrible experience will never leave us. Owing our own home and investment property would never treat tenants as we were. Can we rate as -1.

Gavin is completely unprofessional and wasted months of my time. He would not reply to emails, nor answer his mobile, and unfortunately he is the only contact for commercial properties. If you try to reach him on his office number the receptionist will tell you he's not in yet, or he's gone home for the day. You call at 11am or 2pm it's the same answer, every time. I don't normally write negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one is necessary and warranted. Gavin handles the commercial side of property and unfortunately he is the only one. He doesn't return phone calls or texts in a timely manner, he will promise to get back to you and never does. There was a property we were very keen on, we were trying to lock it in for two weeks! We did the paper work and Gavin kept stalling. We honestly questioned how he actually operates a business when he doesn't even bother doing his job!... read more
