The report itself was very thorough and displayed a high level of pride in what he does. Despite being overseas at the time, nothing was too much trouble for Troy as he liaised with us over the phone and email. I would give Troy 6 stars if I could. I was onsite at the inspection to test the things that were out of scope. Really happy with his level of detail and the time he took to explain things to me. As a first time owner occupied buyer, having an experienced inspector has been worth every penny. Very fair in his assessments. Highly recommend!
