My experience with this real estate agency has been incredibly frustrating. The agent not only lack knowledge in handling tenant agreements but also seem to create their own rules that are not found in Australian tenancy laws or followed by other agencies. They’ve repeatedly claimed to verify information through a database, almost as though they’re operating with law enforcement authority, which feels excessive and unnecessary. Do not deal with Raine and Horne Neil Moore at Tanilba Bay Neil Moore has avoided our emails and telephone calls and text messages to remove a listing made by an elderly non English speaking person who has recently passed away. He promises to send emails and doesn't follow through and does not return calls once he has a contact of sale. He is disrespectful and taking advantage of people grieving for their loss.
Raine & Horne is the best real estate in Australia in my opinion. The staff at East Maitland are absolutely phenomenal people. Lillianne was so helpful, compassionate and understanding of my family when we were having a awful time in the rental crisis. We managed to get a rental in Telarah and we are so unbelievably greatful for that opportunity every single day. Applied online for a house Heard nothing Went into the office Girl in there said they were short on property managers and we would receive an email when inspections were ready Went in a week later young guy said everything is ready to go you will receive an email. 2 days later we see its no longer available. Clear to see there is no organisation or truth to anything this real estate has to tell you
