The Manager at Pooltime Morley is a rude and arrogant man!!! I left my robot with him to fix the controller and asked for a price on a new basket and asked about the chord. The robot still had power to it so this was not the issue. It was only the inner basket that needed replacing as the external basket was still fine. I was asked to leave the robot and the controller. I received an email to say I required a new control box and a basket and repairs would cost $929. I had to pay a $60 fee to look at the controller. I deci... read more
