Great communication, prompt and reliable! When you live out of town it gets difficult to get services who are happy to travel without charging double. Gavin and his crew were a pleasure to deal with, competitive pricing and now my place has a complete gutter revamp. Highly recommend.
Worst company we have used. They started the plumbing work on a new kitchen install and then never turned up again. The kitchen fitters or I couldn’t get hold of them again at all which delayed the install while we found a new plumber (Top to bottom plumbing to the rescue). The next contact we had with them is 6 months later when they want paying for the day that he did turn up, no apologies or anything, just pay the bill. Quick attendance and service, plumber got stuck into the job at hand and all fixed within an hour (including having to go for supplies). Very happy!
Right from the initial enquiry through to Casey in the office and Jared doing the job I thought they were excellent to deal with. Jared came out to Balgal Beach, removed gas hobs from my food trailer and installed a fryer and griddle in its place. Very impressed with his professionalism and standard of work, and a nice guy to boot. Will be using these guys for all future work, highly recommended.
PTYD Townsville.. Worst company I have ever dealt with... The clear communication 100% needs to be taken out of their chant. I generally don't mind if a job takes months as long as that is communicated. Tradies show up and do half a job then leave without telling you when the will be back, make a complete mess and don't clean up, leave gates open and let your pets out, replace plaster and damage during installation and do a noticeable dodgy patch job, contact the boss who never replies, set a date to show up and never show w... read more
