We are Renters, and the process was so easy, we got a property in less than a week. Melissa is our Property Manager, and she has been super fast in Responding in any questions or Issues that have come up, and she was very quick in processing our Application. The online app they use for rent payments makes it so easy to do, and lets you set up a automatic payment but you can also manually pay before the due date.
Pavilion Property has been amazing to us! Our property is leased through them and we have been lucky enough to have Melissa as our agent. She never fails to solve any issues we have. She’s extremely fast with her responses and always follows up to ensure any issues that were fixed we are 100% happy with.
