Newly installed shower head leaking. I emailed that same evening and never received a response. Called every day for the last 8 days and each time I'm told someone will call me back. Someone was due to come out and repair last week Wednesday at 2pm and never showed up. Never have I ever received such poor customer service.
Before choosing to go with Opt Energy I had made enquiries with 3 other companies offering to upgrade my central gas heating with a multi head reverse cycle system. Opt were easy to deal with and were able to install a Midea Vrf which I am extremely happy with. Others were offering a Smartuser brand which I wasn't comfortable with. My first gad bill since the install has come in $500 less than last year and I'm only two months in. Needless to say I will be recommending the team at Opt to anyone after a VEU upgrade.
For ages now I've dealt with harassing calls from companies trying to get me to sign up to VEU products - i have a new energy efficient house, I'm not interested. Despite lodging complaints with the ombudsman the calls continue. Now today an OPT energy rep shows up in person at my door in the middle of dinner! For real guys... Advertise this and have people call you. No one wants people harassing them endlessly about this stuff. Phone calls are terrible, but someone showing up at my door is crossing a line.
Paid $55 for installation spray valve set. 1. Water leaking 2. Both opt company and plumber said will send someone to fix 3. Disappear 4. Useless company - do not spend any money for this company
