Made us shiver this winter. They replaced Exhaust Fan Seals but only half of the unit was installed. We had fully covered unit before it was replaced. I only found out last week and was shocked to realised how we were tricked. The picture shows 2 units connected to make fully covered, but only one of that unit was installed and left the other half open.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OPT ENERGY 💯 Their service is great! I did not have to wait too long to get my aircon installed.
Newly installed shower head leaking. I emailed that same evening and never received a response. Called every day for the last 8 days and each time I'm told someone will call me back. Someone was due to come out and repair last week Wednesday at 2pm and never showed up. Never have I ever received such poor customer service.
