Jeremy is the man! I was in a whole world of pain due to a vertebra pinching a nerve. In addition to the severe pain I lost strength down one side of my body and couldn't do my karate training. I'll be forever grateful to Jeremy for getting me back to normal (and Owen for recommending Jeremy to me), in fact I feel even better than normal now! And a big thanks to Jeremy's team also, especially Ash and Cassie who are so welcoming and helpful.
