I had a hot water system give up mid-winter. Neil was able to inspect the system, quote a replacement and install a new unit all in the same day. He also thoroughly explained the features and operation of the new equipment. His service, communication and workmanship were all top-notch and I’d happily recommend him to others.

Neil was prompt and helpful with his response. He got to our property the same day we contacted him to check on our leaking solar hot water system. The system had to be replaced and again, Neil was professional and reasonable with his quote. The system was replaced and placed left clean. Neil took to explain the the working of the new hot water system. Highly recommended for any plumbing needs

No Cracks Plumbing saved us from another miserable day of cold showers!!! My partner and I had just purchased our first home and our hot water system decided to die on us on moving in day (although at the time, we didn't know that was the issue). After purchasing two new gas bottles and trying to self-troubleshoot and still being without hot water, we called Neil who was able to drop by early the next morning to diagnosis an fix the problem.
