Got ACL injuries from last year and I have seen with Dr Matthew Kong before surgery and after surgery. Dr Matthew is very patient and talented. After 4 months of surgery I can do normal activities such as running, playing badminton and practice soccer.
I have now seen all three physios - Tony, Matthew and Alta - for different injuries and they are all excellent and really knowledgeable. Tony especially fixed my very sore back and neck in one session. It helps that he is both a physio and chiro. He cracked the areas (very satisfying) and I’m literally back in the gym the same day!! Amazing!
Matthew has been very helpful to help resolve and manage my persistent pain issues. Matthew provided me with targeted exercises to help manage my back pain from endometriosis, and exercises to strengthen my glute muscles. I can manage my pain much easier now and this significantly improved my quality of life. In my opinion Matthew is an expert in what he does and I highly recommend him as a Physio therapist.
I took the treatment for my neck and my elbow injury. Dr Matthew is a genius. He helps me recover in 6 sessions, that is 6 weeks. Imagine u can recover before u get the result from radiology.
Matthew diagnosed my problem where other physios had failed. Knowing the problem he successfully treated it with a combination of Physio, needling and home exercises. I recommend him highly.
