The team at Micheli Jewellery did an amazing job on designing and creating my Fiance's engagement ring. The ring I chose was different to the standard diamond engagement rings where the center stone consists of a light blue sapphire with smaller diamonds on the side with a diamond band. Micheli Jewellery are simply AMAZING!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! I visited Micheli for an engagement ring and their service was just exemplary throughout the entire process. Twice now I've left Micheli with what I think were quite difficult silver ring repairs. Both times the results have exceeded my expectations! Micheli staff were polite, friendly and knowlegeable, and were upfront about the cost of repair vs. the value of the item and the risks involved in the repair. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and will personally take any jewellery to them for repair or maintenance.. 👌😊
The service here is wonderful - I came in to get my engagement ring cleaned for my wedding and it looks so beautiful and shiny now. Despite being a ring from a different jeweller, the clean was complimentary which I am so appreciative of. Thank you so much!!
