The Boys called about one hour before the install time to let me know they were still at the previous job and would be about an hour late. Got a call back 30 mins after the original install time they rang to let me know they were on the way. Once they arrived, they confirmed the model of roof ventilation with me, explained the workings and got stuck into the install. Very profesional works. Top notch finish. Cleaned up after job completed.
