Was a peaceful environment to have a relaxing massage

From the minute I walked in the front door I knew I had come to the right place. Such a lovely calming space with lovely people. Jacqui was amazing, she listened and had a calm approach to helping me on my wellness journey. She made it all sound simple! The infrared sauna was a great experience and I certainly recommend that too. Thankyou.

I loved my massage by Bec. It was relaxing and targeted the areas I needed work on. The pressure was just right - firm without being too much for me. I left feeling relaxed and calm. Thank you Bec.

Such a beautiful friendly meet and greet at the counter with very informative knowledge of all products. Exciting young lady who makes you feel absolutely welcome. Loved my ChranioSacral Therapy session, really looking forward to fortnightly visits followed by a beautiful sauna with lovely offerings of herbal gut health tea and lovely cold water.
