Contacted Frank about a property I was interested in, left a voicemail message which he never answered so the next day I ended up calling the office. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful - miraculously Frank was in the office and available (although hadn't had time to return my call from the previous day). Poor communication and management from Stephanie (senior property manager I believe) had left me with an uninhabitable rental property. Maintenance seemed to be reported months ago and the work that I approved Stephanie to arrange hadn’t been completed causing major water damage to the bathroom, bathroom flooring and adjoining bedroom walls. This summer, we had a problem with our aircon unit. Our property manager Josh Ashton helped us through. He is very accommodating and very professional. I wouuld highly recommend him for his dedication and commitment in this job.
Laura Bainbridge has been a great Property Manager for me. Her dedication and commitment to doing the job well has been a great experience. I would highly recommend her as she is prompt, resourceful and customer focused. She is also is surrounded by a really good support team (Stephanie, Shannon, Angela, just to name a few) that are more than happy to assist in Laura's absence. Great Team!
Our KW Property Manager Laura (Bainbridge) is an absolute gem. We have had a lot of repairs /work to arrange in a short time and she is always friendly, professional and super patient, going above and beyond to help us with our property management requirements. I couldn't recommend Laura highly enough to anyone looking for a property manager
