Mukesh Duvani has been our tax accountant at Financial Advice Matters for many years, and he has always gone above and beyond. Recently with the passing of my father, I had to manage many of his estate affairs, including completing any final tax returns on the estate. Liaising with Mel from FAM is always a pleasure. She is informative and explains things well. She responds swiftly to any queries, email or telephone that we may have and if we have any worries she sets our minds at ease. She is easy to talk to. Punctual to meetings. We have been with FAM for over 10 years and during that time had a number of advisors however our current advisor, Anthony, has been the best by far. I also need to mention Mukesh, who has been doing our Tax Returns for many years and providing a wonderful service. Then there's Fiona always helping out with a smile. My adviser, Melissa, is very patient, takes the time to listen to my needs and understands the outcomes I am seeking.
