I had a terrible experience at Ellison Moschella & Co. I went there to have my identity verified and documents related to a house sale notarised and Phillip Moschella was very unprofessional. He lectured me about how he was there to sign documents, not read them, despite the fact that I had very clear instructions about the notary and witness requirements, which he ignored. Value for money if you are going for bulk notary services. No harm to attach instructions when requesting a fee quote from them via email before making an appointment via phone.
Best value for money for notary services. Very systematic. A little outdated though. But i really liked the service.
