Around a year ago we had a F&P top-loading washer which suddenly stopped working (just shy over 4 years old). Colin and the staff at Eastern Homewares were extremely helpful at the time and advised us to drop it off so they could take a look and inspect. They got the unit fixed for about half what it cost (after replacing the controller board which had fried, and doing a full service including replacing bearings) and it has been going strong ever since! Called Eastern Appliances to get my hair straightener repaired. They said they could do it, but recommended a different electrical store who specialise in appliance repairs. EXCELLENT customer service. Will definately come back here and recommend them based on their honesty and service.
