I tried chrome shellac for the first time (additional $10) and it started peeling off just a few hours later and was completely gone by the next day. As this was my first time with chrome, I’m not sure if this is what normally happens. Great that they accomodate walk-ins however total treatment time for me was 1.5 hours for manicure & pedicure shellac. Overall they are friendly & did an okay job.

I had a really disappointing experience with this nail salon yesterday and I'm sad to say I won't be returning. The manicurist cut four of my fingers open at the cuticle (photo attached of one) and they were incredibly sore for the rest of the manicure. The girl who worked on my manicure used the electric buffer on my nail and kept letting it drift onto my skin and I had to keep pulling back. I booked here for lash extensions after seeing the result of my friends. The initial treatment was great & I came back this weekend for infills. I needed to change my appointment time and they were understanding and accommodating. The lady doing my lashes was extremely hygienic, caring and did a great job with my lashes, and at a great price. Would recommend.

Walked in to get a mani and pedi done. Had a design in mind and I'd been into every single salon on Darling Street and all said they couldn't do it, so I wasn't expecting it to happen. These girls however, pulled through last minute and did a fabulous job! Got the design exactly how I wanted it, perfectly timed for the Lunar New Year! Thank you!!

I would like to tell you that today I went to get a sns done on my fingernails and the truth is that they took care of me immediately, but their personal attention towards me was quite rude in many ways. I told them to please be careful because my nails are very sensitive and everything seemed to bother the two girls who took care of me. English is not my first language and I told them to please repeat what they were telling me because with the mask it was even more difficult for me to understand and again the girl got upset... read more
