Michael was great to deal with when we signed on for him and his team to manage our 2 rental properties. Sugar is our property manager for both properties and she has been a pleasure to deal with. Sugar is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She is quick to respond to, and facilitate any requests we may have. I highly recommend Sugar, Michael and the team at Community First.

A͏ very emotional time for our family. Darrin was recommended. I called him , within 1 hour he was at the premises with a brochure. explained the procedure, gave us a price. Very very pleasant to deal with, answered all our questions. Darrin attended every open house, and then gave updates. Found the right buyer who paid the asking price. At settlement there were no surprises the quote he gave us was spot on. Darrin was very professional and a pleasure to deal with along with his staff also very professional.
