Absolutely amazing team, Dr Darby is truly phenomenal. Such a treat to transition smoothly from interstate and be welcomed warmly with no disruption in my care. The referral was 100% accurate in their promise I’d be well taken care of. The holistic approach, positive attitude and attention to detail really hits the mark. Highly recommend.
Today, I experienced the poorest customer service I have ever had in a while. I had an appointment with them and was late for a couple of minutes, less than 10 minutes. And the reception guy told me they could not have the session because I was late. Today was a rainy day with heavy traffic at CBD and at rush hours. Despite all of this, the guy was unable to understand the situation. Although he kept telling me he understands. I was very disappointed with their service and would not waste my time with them anymore.
I’ve been coming to see the team for years and it’s genuinely just the best. From being checked in to leaving at the end of the appointment, it’s a fantastic experience by an extremely fun, friendly and knowledgeable team. They have state of the art equipment to get to the root cause of a problem if you have one or if you just need a health touch up, you’ll be in the best hands. Highly highly recommend.
My partner and I have been coming to ChoroH3 in the city for decades. We come monthly and have an adjustment to our spines to keep them mobile, even though we now live in the Blue Mountains. The staff are very experienced, gentle and knowledgeable.
Best thing I ever done for my back. Come because I saw a deal on Facebook. Appointment was easy to make. My Appointment was super helpful, I had Xray and other checks done to find out my issue. Then come up with a plan. Was alot cheaper then other places I been too but the service and treatment was great. I wish I was able to stay in Sydney longer to finish my treatment but leaving feeling so much better. I don't have pain on my hips no more which is what bring me here in the first place.
