Thankful of the treatment and understanding from the Century21 rental team during some hard times, for consideration of circumstances and mediation with us as tenants. Sharing my recent experience with Century 21 @ The Pier is tough, but if you're thinking about renting through them, you should know what you might be getting into. When it came to talking with them during our lease, it felt like we were talking to a brick wall. They hardly ever responded to our messages or calls, which made us feel like our concerns didn't matter. Their lack of punctuality was frustrating too. We rented through Century 21. They were fine, although I'd hate to be a home owner as we never had an inspection for the two years that we were in the property. My complaint comes from the fact that we've been trying to get into another rental property and Century 21 refuses to contact other realestates in regards to rental history. We had no issues when renting with them and recieved our bond back however, for whatever reason, Century 21 has sabotaged us multiple times by ignoring fellow realestates. WORST Real estate in Harvey Bay!!!!!!!!!! Rude, aggressive, born with a silver spoon in my mouth attitude from the proprietor Kate. If you value friendly customer service, I would recommend running like Usain Bolt from doing any sort of business with this real estate.
