Terrible experience. Had an old film from when mum died that had not been developed. Staff assured me I would be telephoned prior to promoting if their was any issues and that I would not be charged if images did not turn out or would be partially charged if only some turned out. I was never called to be asked if I wanted them printed and yet the proceeded to print all the photos yet there is not one photo you can see. I really feel my money was simply stolen. Have been going to get my film developed for about 4 years. Film comes back super fast within a few days, maximum a week. Super affordable compared to others near by. Pictures come back super clear and I usually pick up my film negatives too. Won't be going to other places anytime soon
I have come in twice to camera house Perth city to get film processed and the customer service and quality have been amazing. The staff are very helpful and efficient and have gotten my film processed in less than 24 hours. Recommend!
