I went there to develop my two disposable cameras, one regular and one underwater and the photos turned out great! I got them in a digital version which was super easy to download to your photos and a printed version and the quality is amazing. It took them one day for the digital photos and two days for the printed ones. Also a super friendly team!
Sam was extremely helpful. Answered all my technical queries. Provided advice on camera and lens to support a new Nikon mirrorless camera. Wealth of knowledge and expertise. Highly recommended.
My dad came into the store and ordered a battery for his camera. The staff could have explained the process better and given a better time frame. They didn’t call when the battery came into the store. We had to follow up several times on the purchased item. I am disappointed that they could have helped more. Also there is no where to formally make a complaint. Don’t order anything from here it will take to long and the staff will always be confused.
Loved our experience with the staff. We went in with a Lumix not expecting much in terms of getting new batteries and parts for it however with such friendly staff helping us they managed to fix it and left us with such a good impression.
Grant, Benjamin and Samuel were fantastic at helping me with my product selection. 5 stars! Will be back for my other camera needs.
