Add to this, Leah promptly responds to emails/txt's and works tirelessly behind-the-scenes (for both stakeholders), to ensure things progress quickly & smoothly. Sam and Tony are absolute gems of real estate agents! Knowledgeable, kind and calm, they are both steady and supportive to work with when dealing with the stress of selling your home. They made my recent experience one of the easiest and fastest property sales I’ve ever done, and I totally recommend them.
I regret choosing Sam as my agent to sell the house. I felt that she was on the buyer's side, and that she and husband, Tony, were only interested in a quick turnover. The first sale fell through. Of course that wasn't Sam's fault, but she could have been a lot more across what was happening. I did all the negotiating for the 2nd sale - and I didn't have the confidence to do much.
