Easily the worst customer service experience in ACT. My windscreen was shattered by a falling branch, and Auto Windscreen Services were originally quicker to assist than O’Brien, however, they did not install properly and were reluctant to fix their mistakes when re-contacted on multiple occasions. Almost like pulling teeth trying to deal with them on the phone. Had to go to O’Brien instead, they fixed the issue without hesitation, providing a quality experience.
Kevin is my hero. He did an old Alfa with rubber seal and aluminum locking strip that was a difficult fit. He has many years of experience to make it work. Thank you
On Friday the 17th I called Wick's autoglass. I explained to him that I need my car windscreen repaired by Monday 19/11. On getting a quote with him, he informed me there is a high chance he could do it Saturday. I was so ecstatic I found someone so quickly, however, it did not last long.
