Since starting at ARC I found the staff extremely knowledgeable and professional. The one on one experience is second to none. I look forward to my sessions every week, it’s not a chore but believe it or not exercising at ARC is pleasurable. The equipment is the best I’ve ever exercised with. Best physiotherapists and exercise physiologists on the Gold Coast. There is a full gym set up, sauna and hydro therapy treadmill, which is extremely clean and accessible. I’m so glad to have found this place and I will be returning every week. Best allied health clinic on the coast!!!
I can highly recommend ARC 🙌 recovering from a fractured knee I am now as strong as I was before my injury 😀 personally I would like to mention Sarah who pushed me to do better which was tough at times though she was extremely kind and caring doing so 🤩
I’m so glad I found this place, I could not recommend it more. I’ve been dealing with pain from a slipped disc for over a year now. Weekly physiotherapy sessions as well as a fortnightly exercise physiology session, with a take home exercise program has changed my life! Thank you to the ARC team, a truly amazing team of individuals!
Since I have started at Atlantis, my body has approved from past injuries from the ADF. I’m more active and getting back into sport. Thank you Atlantis Team!
