As a cruise passenger stopping in Darwin for only 9 hours I did not think my bust hearing aid could be fixed . In a line the dockside information staff directed us to a chemist who actually rang Arafura Audiology to make an introduction. . For free Danni-yel and Koari resurrected it whilst we had a coffee next door ! Gratis , free , for nothing ! Memories of Darwin and Australia are carried home of such kindness . Thank you Australia.

We at Rhino's Diesel were beyond impressed with the service & assistance given to us by Sally & the crew. Not only did they squeeze our candidate in with less then 24 hours notice for a hearing test, but immediately jumped to action by providing him with an ear clean & drain at the last minute, when his prior appointment elsewhere let him down. Saw 6 plus months ago about tinnitus related issues. My audiologist said they would work on a solution, haven't heard back from her for 6 plus months despite calls and emails from myself. Would rate lower if i could for taking my money then being providing absolutely no relief at all.
