Alex & Co is a nice place to eat right next to the Parramatta River. It has a warm atmosphere and decor. The food tastes great and was beautifully presented. Pizza is excellent. The people who work there are friendly and help you have a good time. The only thing is that the music is really loud, so it’s hard to talk to people without shouting. And the drinks are very expensive.
Overall it was good experience and I would return to give them another go but considering that we were 1 of just 3 tables occupied, the service was very slow. The manager was lovely, she gave us a warm welcome and seemed to pick up where the other service staff were lacking. Alex & Co in Parramatta is an excellent venue for a Friday night work farewell party. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the top-notch service made the evening memorable. The food was excellent, showcasing a variety of delicious options. The only drawback was that the music was a little too loud, making conversations challenging at times. Overall, a great spot for a celebratory night out.
I’d like to express my gratitude to the whole team of Alex&Co specially to the staff who served us last night May 7, the lady at the front(forgot to get her name) but she was wearing a black polo shirt. they were short staffed but the service was still amazing and the food was good. We also had an amazing drink from their bar and the atmosphere was great during that night. Highly recommended!!!
I recently attended a friend's 40th birthday family dinner at Alex and Co. in Parramatta. We were a group of around 18 people. While some dishes were undeniably delicious, some were just ok. I found it to be on the expensive side. The service was decent, although we felt a bit rushed to order our mains as the kitchen was closing early.
