We needed an old A/C split unit checked and replaced. Kate was super friendly and efficient on the phone, with quotes and invoicing. Service technicians arrived on time and were knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. Very happy with the options quoted and our chosen unit.

Everything went according to plan. Very good service. An initial delay in responding to original request and subsequent delay in arrival of installer but not instances were adequately explained. Have used Acer before and will use them again. Actually 4.5 stars!!

We have had same person (Anjay) service our air con system since we moved in 3 years ago. He explains everything and does such a thorough job. He is such a hard worker and your company is lucky to have him. In our previous property we bought and serviced our split systems through Acer services. We would not go anywhere else. We trust Acer Services.
